Airline Schedule Problems Drive The Issue
Airline cancellations and delays have become the norm and are expected to rise exponentially. The United States Travel Association (USTA) reported in 2013 cancellations and delays cost passengers $8.5 billion in time lost, missed connections and missed travel activity each year.
